Walk this way

Emma and Bawk-Bawk were working on their balance beam routine in the backyard, while daddy was busy preparing the new coop. They made quite the team.

The Constant Gardener

Emma is proving to be quite helpful around the yard these days (or at least keeping herself entertained so mama and daddy can be somewhat productive with the yard work). She found great enjoyment in spraying all the plants...and the garage door too.

Toddler chicks

Well, our little baby chicks are growing up quite fast. They are enjoying some free time roaming in our backyard these days. Let me introduce you to the gang (from left to right)...Stella, Bawk-Bawk, and Miss Delaware. If we get some rain free days--Ken should be able to finish up their new accomadations soon.

Cinderella Story

No, we are not yet requiring Emma to pull her own weight around the house. However, she is rather fond of cleaning right now. I think she just really likes to go to the bathroom, and get her "towels" wet in the sink. She sometimes will even purposely dump her milk on the floor, only to jump up seconds later exclaiming that she will clean up. Despite all her efforts, our house is usually still a mess!
